Time to Place Your WGC Dell Technologies Match Play Bets

Time to Place Your WGC Dell Technologies Match Play Bets 1

Now is the time for you to hurry up and start trying to work out which golfer you think is going to be crowned champion of this year’s WGC Dell Technologies Match Play Tournament, and for those golf fans out there that do fancy placing such a bet today one bookie is offering some decent odds for once!

That bookie is Betfred, and in addition to them offering some enhanced win odds right now, they have some very favourable each-way betting terms too, that will see you getting paid out to four places in that tournament at a quarter of the win odds on the place part of your each-way bets too.

However, as for which golfer is expected to win that tournament, this year’s event is something of a tricky one to try and make sense of, for the current favourite, but only just is Rory McIlroy but at win odds of 10/1 you certainly couldn’t say he is sure-fire type of bet!

There is a lot of support coming in on Dustin Johnson to win, and all thing considered and weighed up its fair to say that he does have something of an outstanding chance of winning, and should at the very least get placed as Betfred still have him at outright win odds of 11/1, but much like all other golfers odds they could change at any time.

Could Justin Thomas Win This Year?

Another golfer that has bene attracting a fair bit of support on the futures betting markets for this event is Justin Thomas, and with his odds currently being around the 16/1 he must be a standout each-way to get placed at least this year, and I am sure plenty of you will be lumping into him today too.

Next in the betting you have Jon Rahm however at his odds of 20/1, whilst he does have the skills and abilities to win a golf tournament of this nature, whether he will of not does of course remain to be seen.

Other More Fancied Golfers

There are plenty of golfers that you can of course bet on to win this event this year but some of those that are much higher up the betting markets than others include the likes of Justin Rose at 22/1.

In fact, currently at the same odds you are going to be able to back Tommy Fleetwood, Jason Day and also Brooks Koepka, and its true and fair to say that any of them could fill one of the top few positions at the end of this event, if you fancy backing them each-way.

As for any other golfers that could pull this tournament out of the bag, well there are no shortages of them that are chalked up at win odds of 25/1 and they include the likes of Bryson Dechambeau, Paul Casey, Francesco Molinari  and Tiger Woods, and for reference you could also choose to back  Bubba Watson at slightly higher odds of Bubba Watson 28/1 if you do fancy his chances.
