Updated Odds on Teams to Win the Premier League 1

As the Premier League is of course in play right now, there are going to be no shortages of different betting markets that you can make use of, and one that could be worth taking a closer look at today is the Premier League outright betting market.

However, as soon as you do start taking a look at that betting market it will very quickly dawn on you that there are only going to be two teams that have any chance of winning the title race unless something unexpected happens for the rest of the season.

The current favourite to win the Premier League title are of course Man City, but they have been the favourite to win this seasons title race as soon as last season ended, and as such the sheer volume of bets and wagers placed on them to win the title race this season sees their odds being just 4/6 right now.

The one other team that could pull the title out of the bag and one that I do know many punters are currently placing their faith in are Liverpool, and if you do fancy backing against the favourite then you will be offered odds of 6/4 on Liverpool at most bookies sites.

Odds Available on Other Teams

I will now give you an insight and overview of just how high the odds are on every other team that is involved in the Premier League this year, but keep in mind and never lose track of the fact that bookies are offering such high odds on the rest of the teams as they have very little chance of winning the title this season.

The team that is next in the betting are Tottenham but given their odds are now 33/1 they do face something of an uphill struggle for the rest of the season, as too do each of the current 66/1 shots those teams being Arsenal, Chelsea and Man Utd.

The Teams No One is Backing

You will be able to name your own price if you want to back any teams by getting yourself over to the betting exchange at Betfair, which is certainly what you should be doing rather than back any outsider at a bookies sites or via a bookies app.

However, just so you have some ideas of what odds are generally available on the rest of the teams, I will give you an insight now into just what odds the Coral betting site is offering.

Leicester for example are up for grabs right now at high odds of 250/1 and you can get double those odds on teams such as Everton and West Ham who are 500/1 or you could choose to back either Crystal Palace and Wolves at 750/1.

The odds then start to get astronomical on the rest of the teams such as Aston Villa, Bournemouth, Brighton, Burnley, Southampton and Watford who are all 1000/1. Newcastle and Norwich are both chalked up at odds right now of 1500/1 and there are not many punters backing the rank outside that being Sheffield Utd at silly odds of 2000/1.
