Smart Money Bets for Day 3 of Royal Ascot

Smart Money Bets for Day 3 of Royal Ascot 1

Today is of course day three of the Royal Ascot race meeting, and there is no getting away from the fact that there really are some high class horses running today, and that does of course mean that there are plenty of betting opportunities available on each other races being held at Ascot racecourse today.

If you fancy betting on the favourites, well you are of course free to do so, however please do read on, for I will be highlighting several horses some of which are not the favourites to win their respective races, but are horses that I do feel have an excellent chance of winning today.

The Queen will of course be in attendance today at Royal Ascot, and she is bound to be having a few bets, or at the very least will fancy a few horses to win, the first race is the 14:30 race, and it wouldn’t surprise me if she has set her sights on a win for Sunday Sovereign.

The next race after the one above will be starting at 15:05, and I do think that the favourite isn’t going to fair very well in that race, and as such I have selected and tipped up one of the horses at much better odds than the favourite and for reference that horse is King Ottokar’s at 8/1.

Have an Each-Way Punt on the 15:40 Race

As Royal Ascot is one of the major flat race meetings of the season, you can and will often find some bookies are offering much better each-way betting terms than other bookies and as such you will need to find some good each-way betting terms for my next top tip.

That horse is running in the 15:40 race at Royal Ascot and having seen it being offered at no end of betting sites this morning at odds of 9/1, I do think that Star Catcher, which is the name of that horse is a fine each-way betting opportunity for sure.

Three More Betting Tips from Royal Ascot

Three more horses are certainly going to be worth backing today at the Royal Ascot race meeting, however I will leave it up to you to decide just how much to bet on them if you do fancy the chance of any of my next three horse racing tips today.

The 16:20 race should easily go the way of the red-hot favourites that being Stradivarius, but keep in mind many punters have had their eyes on that horse for many months now and as such the odds are not what you could ever call tempting being as those odds are currently 5/4.

In the 17:00 Ascot race I feel a small punter is worth placing on Migration, and possible that punt should be an each-way bet for that tips is chalked up at most bookies sites at odds of 11/1, as too is my final tip of the day at Royal Ascot that being in the 17:35 race and my money is going on Fox Premier.
