Will Dustin Johnson win the AT&T Pebble Beach Tournament? 1

There are always going to be risks attached to backing golfers that are taking part in any major upcoming golf tournaments much more so when you back them on the futures betting markets, however as the odds are high on such betting markets it is a risk worth taking.

However, as far as this year’s running on the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Golf Tournament goes there does appear to be a lot of punters that have latched onto the very obvious chance that Dustin Johnson will win that tournament, and due to the very large volumes of cash that have been coming in or him his odds have been cut right down to just 5/1 on winning that tournament.

In fact, it is fair to say that as this year’s event is such an open tournament from a betting point of view, there isn’t a lot of money pouring in on any of the other golfers, but currently for those of you that are interested the second favourite is Jason Day at odds of 8/1

As the first and second favourites are available at such high odds it could be worth placing an each-way bet on any golfer or golfers you do fancy the chance so and at Ladbrokes by placing such a bet with them they will be paying out to five places on this tournament this year at odds on the place part of such a bet of one quarter of the win odds.

Third Favourites at 20/1

Such is the makeup of this year’s tournament, the odds on offer on the third favourites are simply enormous, and those odds if you are quick are 20/1.

As for who those third favourites are, well it probably won’t surprise you to learn they are Jordan Spieth, Tommy Fleetwood and Tony Finau and it wouldn’t surprise too many fans of the sport if any of them did fill the top spots on the leader board as the tournament comes to a close!

Adam Scott and Chez Reavie

One thing to keep in mind if you do fancy placing a bet on this golf tournament is that the list of entrants really is huge, but there are some golfers you may already be familiar with who do have a very fair and reasonable chance of winning it.

Take for example the likes of Adam Scott and Chez Reavie as well as Matt Kuchar, Patrick Reed, Paul Casey and Phil Mickelson the odds that Ladbrokes are offering on all three of them are decent enough being as those odds are 25/1.

A few other golfers that are bound to attract some support as the tournament start time gets much closer include the likes of Branden Grace and Shane Lowry who are both 33/1 and also the likes of Brandt Snedeker, Matthew Fitzpatrick and Sung-Jae I’m who are fairly easy to back right now at odds of 40/1.
