With the Singapore Open Golf Tournament just hours away, there is currently a lot of interest in the betting markets that sportsbooks such as Coral have just opened up on that event, and today I am going to be giving you an insight into just which golfers are being backed.
Coral have also put together some very favourable each-way betting terms on that tournament, for whilst they are paying the fairly standard one quarter of the win odds on each-way bets, they are also paying out to five places too.
Due to the sheer number of golfers that are going to be taking their chances in that major golf tournaments, you may be of the mind the best strategy will be to back several of them each-way, and if so please do read on as the odds listed below are those that Coral are currently offering.
However, there is one golfer that is attracting a fair bit of support currently and that is Sergio Garcia, and to ensure you do get to secure the 3/1 odds on him winning this tournament you will need to get a move on and place your bets on him right now.
Second and Third Favourites
It is the top three golfers listed on the betting markets over at the Coral sportsbook that appear to be attracting the most support so plenty of punters are going to be of the mind that it is one of those golfers that they should be backing.
The current second favourite who to be fair to him does have an outstanding chance of winning this golf tournament is Paul Casey and you will be able to bag odds on him winning of 5/1, the second favourite is another vastly experienced golfer that being Matthew Fitzpatrick at 7/1.
Lesser Fancied Golfers
The net golfer in the betting is on offer at odds of 20/1, so there is a huge jump in the value of all the remaining golfers taking part in this tournament, which does of course mean there isn’t much support around for each of them.
You can however back Shugo Imahira who is the next golfer in the betting at odds of 20/1 and Jazz Janewattananond is also available at slightly higher odds of 25/1.
There are a couple of 33/1 shots listed on the Coral betting markets and they are both Davis Love and Seung Su Han, and as for 40/1 shots there are a few of them including Miguel Tabuena, Poom Saksansin, Sang-Hyun Park, Shaun Norris and Yoshinori Fujimoto.
As for any of the other golfers winning or even getting placed, well you will be taking your chance when betting on any of them for their respective odds are high, in fact some of them are available at odds of up to 1000/1 to win, so do take a look over the betting market at Coral as there is the chance one of those outsider could catch your eye at very big odds!
